Hello Everyone

In connection with the publication of the "Winder Spool Frame 2 - Modular Design" project, I also publish the "Donor Spool Frame 2 - Modular Design" project to make the project consistent with each other. I share as many as 3 versions for a spool weighing 1kg, 2.5kg and 3kg. The version for a 1kg spool has an arm spacing of 110mm and a spool with a diameter of up to 210mm can be used. The version for a 2.5 kg spool has an arm spacing of 140 mm and can be used with spools with a diameter of up to 310 mm. The version for a 3kg spool has an arm spacing of 170mm and can be used with spools with a diameter of up to 310mm. The new version "Donor Spool Frame 2 - Modular Design" uses only 25 g more fiber than the original version. Maintaining the following printing parameters, the entire project requires 165g of filament.

UPDATE 18.02.2024 : 

• For the basic version, I added a frame with 3-screw assembly
• I added bases in 3 lengths: 160mm, 170mm and 180mm. Not everyone will use this spool stand for their "Filament Spool Switcher & Winder" project. Therefore, you can choose the length of the base to suit your needs - Only the 180mm long base is compatible with the “Spool Brake for Bambu Lab Filament Spool Switcher & Winder”

UPDATE 27.02.2024 : 

• At the user's request, I added arms for 3kg spools. The arms have a spacing of 170mm. I added two versions for the Stand project and for the regular version.

• Material : Each Rigid Filament - I printed with PLA Premium (I do not recommend PETG - It is too flexible)
• Layer Height : 0.2mm
• Infill : 20% 
• Wall Loops : 4
• Bottom Layers : 4
• Top Layers : 4
• Support : No
• Brim : No
