Magnetic rewinder for Inomata drybox

This is an attachment that allows rewinding of filament without opening the lid at all. It is optimized for a spool holder using Inomata Chemical's dry box (Link).

Required items

03_part B (1 set needed per case):

• 4φ PTFE tube, approximately 16 cm (2 cm x 5, 1 cm x 6)
• DAISO Super Strong Mini Magnet, 3 sets (1 set: 8 pcs) Link
• DAISO MagSafe Attachment x 1 Link
• Adhesive

04_knob (only 1 set needed):

• 4φ PTFE tube, approximately 6 cm (1 cm x 6)
• DAISO Super Strong Mini Magnet,  3 sets (1 set: 8 pcs) Link
• DAISO MagSafe Attachment x 1 Link
• Adhesive

Assembly Instructions

03_partB

1. Attach the Super Strong Mini Magnets to the MagSafe Attachment in an alternating S-pole and N-pole arrangement. (The MagSafe serves as both a magnetic flux containment and a jig.)
2. Cut the PTFE tube to create five 2 cm pieces and six 1 cm pieces.
3. Refer to the photo and fit the PTFE tube into the recess of 03_partB.
4. Apply an appropriate amount of adhesive to the ring-shaped recess of 03_partB.
5. Insert the set of magnets created in step 1 into 03_partB and secure them with adhesive.
6. If necessary, flow a small amount of adhesive through the gaps of the magnets to secure them to the magnet.

04_knob

The assembly process is the same as above, except that there is no 2 cm PTFE tube section in 03_partB.

組み立てかた

03_partB

1. magsafeアタッチメントに対して超強力マグネットミニをS極N極互い違いに貼り付ける。 ※magsafeは磁束閉じ込めと治具とを兼ねています。
2. PTFEチューブをカットし、2 cmを5つ、1 cmを6つ作成する。
3. 写真を参考に、PTFEチューブを03_partBのくぼみにはめ込む。スカスカ動くようであれば接着剤で固定しても良い。
4. 03_partBのリング状のくぼみに接着剤を適量つける。
5.  1.で作成した磁石セットを03_partBにはめ込み、接着剤で固定する。
6.  必要あれば、磁石の隙間から接着剤を少量流し込み磁石を03_partBに固定する。

04_knob

03_partBの2 cm PTFEチューブ部分が無い、という以外は同じなのでほぼ踏襲する。
