This is an attachment that allows rewinding of filament without opening the lid at all. It is optimized for a spool holder using Inomata Chemical's dry box (Link).

4\u03c6 PTFE tube, approximately 6 cm (1 cm x 6)

Assembly Instructions

03_partB

Attach the Super Strong Mini Magnets to the MagSafe Attachment in an alternating S-pole and N-pole arrangement. (The MagSafe serves as both a magnetic flux containment and a jig.)
Cut the PTFE tube to create five 2 cm pieces and six 1 cm pieces.
Refer to the photo and fit the PTFE tube into the recess of 03_partB.
Apply an appropriate amount of adhesive to the ring-shaped recess of 03_partB.
Insert the set of magnets created in step 1 into 03_partB and secure them with adhesive.
If necessary, flow a small amount of adhesive through the gaps of the magnets to secure them to the magnet.

04_knob

The assembly process is the same as above, except that there is no 2 cm PTFE tube section in 03_partB.
