Like the name suggests, this is my design of a very cheap and efficient filament dry box from parts from a local dollar store.

Works very well and locks in tight.

This also gives the ability to manually rewind after the job is done for easier access and storage without having to open the lid which defeats the entire purpose of a dry box.

Printing Instructions:

Preferably use the Cheap Dollar Store Drybox.3mf file that contains all the parts in one build plate.

  • Material: PLA
  • Infill: 15%
  • Supports: No
  • Rafts: No
  • Brim: No

If you want to print files separately, please refer to the following list / links:

BOM: Costs under $10 to make this dry box
