3D Printable HDD Caddy for Lenovo ThinkSystem (Model SM17A06246)

Introducing a custom-designed 3D printable HDD caddy, model SM17A06246, precisely compatible with Lenovo ThinkSystem models ST250, ST550, SR550, SR650, and SR850. 

In my quest for an additional HDD caddy, I realized the scarcity of readily available options suited to my needs. Although I tested an existing design without any compatibility claims for my system, it didn't fit. This experience motivated me to create a tailored solution that not only ensures a perfect fit but also upholds high standards of durability and functionality.

Printing Specifications

• Material: PETG
• Nozzle Size: 0.4 mm
• Layer Height: 0.2 mm
• Line width: 0.42 mm
• Infill: Recommended at 100% for faster print. However, lower infill percentages are viable, although they may marginally increase print time without significant material savings.

Assembly Requirements

Assembly is straightforward, requiring only low-profile M3 screws. These are specifically chosen for their compatibility with the caddy design, ensuring a secure and seamless fit.
