This motion sensor is installed in the room with my Ender 3 Pro. I realized that when the 3D printer is operating, the sensor is triggering on this movement, causing it to signal occupancy/motion frequently and significantly impacting battery life. 3D Printer to the rescue!
(Moving the sensor would have been another option… \_(ツ)_/)
Printed in Overture PLA, but any filament ought to work. I've uploaded the messy OpenSCAD file I used to make the design, so feel free to tweak it as you see fit. (Note: it's not particularly clean, as I fiddled with the numbers quite a bit.) Since my sensor is on the ceiling, the base of this model has a small lip to hold it onto the base of the sensor.
I printed mine as shown in the picture, using a brim, but it could have been oriented on its side which likely would have eliminated the need for a brim and bridging.
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
