Raspberry Pi 5 HexCase

Makes Wanted: Seeking information for revision/improvements.

I need to hear what is needed to make these cases work better.  Thanks!

PiCooler best solution for cooling afaik.

Assembly:

This case fits pre assembled RPi5b and RPi Cooler.  (and many combinations of Pi5 plus Hats)

Insert Button with flat edge up into case bottom (specific hexagonal opening…see photo), 

Drop in Pi5+Cooler into case bottom (light press down and make sure it settles into pcb support)

Place stand over Cooler/Pi5, install top by carefully snapping the interference fit flange of the top cover into the base starting at the RJ45 and USB end, and gently squeeze the button end or front into the base near the lower corners.  See image provided.

Top Removal:

  There are areas cut back over the ethernet and USB ports for clearance which creates a way to remove the top simply by prying up with a fingernail.  

Button:

The button is meant to fit into the base with a flat edge facing up as illustrated in provided image.  Button will shut down and start up RPi5.

Overview:

The Top snaps into the base, compresses the stand onto the RPi PCB, creating a tight fit and does not require screws (screw boss' provided).
