Nice case, but I've had some problems with it. I had to change a lot to even make it fit the Pi. The knob is pretty misaligned with the Button and there's way too little clearance. (I had to change the size of the button like 4 times until it fits properly. (edited)

Thanks for the feedback and make. I wonder, have you tested you printer setup and set the extrusion multiplier correctly?
@Carter Hey. I found out that the problem was mainly due to the 120mm/s print speed i was using. I printed the case in 105% after and the Pi fit inside quite well.
Printed at .2 layer height came out great. Everything fits together perfect. I love models like this with built in supports.
Printed very well in ABS from CR3D.

Thank you for these GREAT designs (for a long time). I have the Rpi4 version for my "portable pi" and it's great. So I am really happy to see that you adapted this design to the pi 5 as well - and I think the power button is especially well integrated!
As soon as I'll have another pi 5 to run without a permanent SSD, I'll for sure print this case, or whichever the latest iteration will be by then. Keep up the good work!
