Alternative Knobs for QRP Labs QMX Transceiver

The model contains an alternativ volume knob and a bigger VFO Knob.

Additional needed Material: 

2x M2.5 x 4mm socket screw (Madenschraube)

Knobs

Material: PLA or PETG
Layerhigh: 0,2 mm
Infill: 20%

Softgrip Ring

In order to put the flat part on the print bed, turn the model 180° around before slicing.
(otherwise it will put the roundet top of the ring onto the print bed.

Material: TPU
Layerhigh: 0,2 mm
Infill: 0%

Assembly:

First mount the hard inner knob-core to the radio and fix them with a M2.5x4 socket screw.
The holes are wide enough, a thread is not needed, the screw will do it alone, do not overtighten the screw. Next step is to slip the soft knurled TPU ring over the hard knob core.
