Object Description:
This is a collection of gear racks with a pressure angle of 20° and the following modules: 0,7 / 0,8 / 0,9 / 1 / 1,25 / 1,5 / 2 / 2,5 / 3 / 4 / 5.
You can easily modify this basic models for your needs with slicer functions only.
For example:
- all gear racks have a height of 50mm from base to tooth root. Turn the model on its base and cut the height for your needs with the slicer cutting function, then turn it back to the side.
- all models have a width of 30mm. You can modify it by changing the Z-value only.
- you can add bore holes by adding negative volumes.
- you can add or remove teeth for your needs. Every model has a half tooth at the end. Simply add the next model to the end or remove some teeth. Exact dimesions can be found in file “Gear Rack - Model Dimensions.pdf” which is attached in the download section.
- these are just some examples. More modifications are possible and depends on your fantasy and your needs.
