Allows you to have it aginst a wall and swapping filament without moving the printer.
I had a problem with some filament rolls I had, not fitting on the Bambu Lab X1C spool holder. Couldn't find anything that would fit the original holes on the back of the machine and take multiple spool sizes, so I did a mashup of 2 different spoolholders.
It will also work as a stand-alone spool holder.
*Update 230306: There has been some feedback regarding spools falling of due to the angle of the ftpe tube on some printers (P1P?) that the user magikfly has addressed with a filament guide, https://www.printables.com/model/398686-another-bambulab-filament-guide-arm

The rollers (80mm) and the pins I used can be found at: https://www.printables.com/model/59013-filament-spool-holder-2021
You will also need the following:
2 M3x20 screws as the originals will be to short.
4 608 bearings for the rollers.
