Sovol SV06 Plus / SV07 series 5020 Blower Fan Upgrade

What is this?

These printed parts let you install Prusa's MK4S 5020 blower part cooling fan shroud - a slightly modified version, that is - on the Sovol Planetary tool head “high flow” variant as shipped on the SV06 Plus and SV07 series.

(Note: I don't have either of those machines, but rather a Sovol SV01 Pro upgraded with an SV06 Plus tool head.)

Bill of Materials

• 5020 blower fan
• 2 x M3x20 screws
• 1 x M3x6 screw
• 1 x M3 nut
• 2 x M3 / M4 x30 mm screws and nuts; if using M3, 4 x M3 washers
• Wiring, crimping or soldering supplies
• Optional: small cable tie (3 mm wide)

Notes

• Fan wiring is left as an exercise to the modder.
• Checking the CAD, the stock Sovol inductive probe mount leaves 0.022 mm of space between the shroud and the probe; I'm using the CR Touch that came with the SV01 Pro and it fit as-is, I included a 1 mm spacer just in case but I haven't tested it.
• My parts are printed in ABS, you could probably get away with PETG for non-enclosed printing. Please post your makes and updates with relevant data!

fan-shroud-mk4s_R1.stl:

• Mirrors the shroud model to fit the bed probe.
• Trims a small portion of to fit the fan in a horizontal position.

The other models are original.
