First off.. Fantastic Model.. I managed to smash the Obunaga, Houdini and as an added bonus Bruce lee all into one box.. with SLEEVES! So refreshing! It's a great use of space and really well though out.

EU/AUS tokens have always been a pain. So I used some negative space spheres in PrusaSlicer (28.4mm x 4.5mm) and then stretched them into Ellipses.. Worked like a gem. First attempt was a little snug.. Second was perfect. - I didn't save the STL but if anyone wants a remix I'm happy to do it again.

Printed in PolyTerra Army Red PLA on my MK4 and I'm happy to say I'll use more.

Thankyou Craig! nice work!! look forward to future Unmatched from you...

I have to say the design is good, but needs work for the next version. Not sure if the EU version is different but the older characters have trouble fitting minis in the horizontal trays (Red and Beowulf have a slightly higher plastic base) and newer characters have bigger sidekick disks.

Some side kick slots could be sacrificed and made bigger, you can add slot for miscellaneous tokens (Red VS Beowulf map tokens).
The mini trays could also be a bit bigger.

This is from one print only so let me know if there are some settings I may have missed, thanks for the design.

@M1ke_1664915 Thanks for giving it a shot! I agree with reducing the number of sidekick token slots. Another user brought up the issue with EU tokens not fitting. He and I are working on that.

The small triangular areas under the deck slots are intended for those spare tokens. Are they big enough for the rage tokens?

Could you explain more about what you mean by the mini trays being bigger? The slots themselves or the dial holders?

I appreciate your feedback and hope you enjoy the build!

Thanks for considering the sidekick chips edit.

The triangular slots are big enough, I was thinking of something that is more easily accessible.

For mini trays, I meant slots for the hero minis as it seems that the older figures have a slightly higher plastic ring bases.

For dials it is hard to say as there is a huge variety of them with the new sets.

Thanks for the interest, hope this feedback helps you for the next version.

We love playing unmatched and this box helped us travel with smaller boxes and have more space for characters. Well done Craig Holm
