Improved Prusa XL Heat Bed Controller Cover - 40mm Fan

7/30/2024: Realized I uploaded the wrong version after printing it once, added the proper one with “v2” at the end. Also modified the cable opening of “v2” for the fan connector to actually fit through.

Haven't had the chance to print and test yet, planning to use a 24v Noctua NF-A4x10 and print out of Prusament PCCF with HIPS support for overhang. 
 

M3x20 screws should work, use spacers or a thin fan guard if they stick out into the cutout.

The NF-A4x10 also comes with an OmniJoin adapter set, so you don't have to cut the fan wires to attach to the crimp terminals.

I also intend to use this fan guard, which should sit flush with the bottom of the cover: https://www.printables.com/model/666174-40mm-fan-guard-hex however the screw heads will stick out a bit, unsure if that extra couple mm matters.
