Sovol SV08 Filament Reel relocator

This model allows you to move the filament reel and the filament sensor lower down the side of the printer. It reduces the issue with the reel uncontrollably unspooling the filament, and reduces the overall height and width of the printer. It uses the stock spool mounting parts plus one xxx screw (will update actual size needed) to mount the filament sensor and 2 screws to mount the stock spool holder to this part.
