I am using the brilliant “(Un)original Prusa Drybox” on a shelf above my printer, it uses rear exits using a short lengths of PTFE tube held by PC4-M10. I use integrated auto-rewinders rather than the clunky Prusa MMU3 buffer.
With the standard six exits the outer two do not run smoothly due to their spacing. This remix only has five exits meaning the spacing is better optimised. The outer four exits are lined up in the middle of their spools, the middle exit is slightly off centre but still in front of the spool rather than off to one side.
I've included my Fusion 360 design in case anyone wants to further modify it. It was created from scratch as I could not get a clean design from converting a mesh file from Bram Elema's designs.
Instructions for assembly are identical to the standard Drybox instructions.
The author remixed this model.
Changed the A beams to have five PC4-M10 exits rather than six as this works better with rewinders
