I was really unhappy with the ammount of wobble on my KE's Z axis so I designed this brace for it, it's designed to be printed without any supports and alreay pre oriented for the best strenght.

It is pretty chonky and takes quite a bit of plastic to be printed, but once assembled it's pretty tought too.

The tolerances are quite low and it requires a well calibrated printer in order to be assembled and stay strong.

It's designed to be installed without any screws or drilling and it's totally removeable

How to use:

Print the braces and Z bracket twice, they're symetrical and good for both sides, the bases have a slight slope to match the KE/SE's base and both sides are included on the file.

1 - Assemble it starting with the Z bracket then connect the Z bracket to the base bracket using the braces
2 - Put some double sided taped on the base, attach it to the Z extrusion and slide it down to make sure the base gets glued where it's supposed to
3 - Then take note of the Z bracket position and slide the braces out sideways
4 - Place a thin slice of foam between the Z bracket and the Z extrusion and snap it in place in the same position it was at in step 3, this will make it stay on more snuggly on the Z extrusions.
5 - Slide the braces back in position from the side.

You may use some adhesive to fuse everything together but that would make it very hard to remove the braces later and if your print is tight enough it should be more than enough to provide good support without any glue.
