Here is an OpenSCAD file to create BOSCH (RA1171) router table featherboard spacers. I assume it will work with similar models. I bought a second hand unit and it was missing several of these, so I reverse engineered one.
By default, the produced spacer will require supports to print. By unchecking "with_supports", it will produce half of the model along with some guides for glue up. When printing with my Prusa MK4, the supports were removed fairly easily with a needle nose pliers. Glueing up the two parts also worked, but removing the support was much easier. The cover photos shows a spacer printed with supports and a spacer printed without support and glued together with super glue.
I also included a JPEG of the original sketch I made in Fusion 360 before converting this item to an OpenSCAD model.
