We have had our game of "Sorry!" since the children were young, in the 1980s. Now our grandchildren really enjoy playing the game too. But along the way we've lost some of the pawns. I thought that when I got a 3D printer I'd find designs for the replacements already on Thingiverse, but had no luck. This is the result of my first attempt at designing a 3D object.
The printed pawns are the same dimensions as the original pawns and make a very acceptable straight replacement for the lost pawns.

The pawns in Cluedo (aka Clue) look identical.

The photo of five pawns shows four over-40-year-old originals. My black 3d-print is ready to be painted to match a missing colour. (Sorry the phone camera angle makes the pawns look like they're not straight!)

And of course, if you've the right filament colour you can save yourself a paint job!

I added a 2mm hem to the first layer - the pawns printed perfectly but I've not tried without the hem to see what happens.

How I Designed This

Tinkercad

My first time in designing 3D, so I needed something simple. The design is a cone, topped with a sphere, sized to match the original pawns. These are solid, so I added matching objects as holes, trimmed their size to allow for 2mm walls and placed them inside the solid objects. The print is hollow, as are the original moulded pawns.
