Have you considered making versions that are compatible with 2020 Aluminum extrusions? Makerbeam XL costs more than twice as much as 2020 aluminum extrusions in many places. The costs of the makerbeams is almost as much as buying an off the shelf PC case here. (edited)

@Bavor_1161641

All my current case design were born out of my personal pc case projects, for which I determined 15x15mm profiles to be the optimal size for compact cases.
My primary goal with these designs was to create compact cases with hardware compatibility that do not exist currently.

BUT I understand that it can be difficult and expensive to buy Makerbeam XL in some parts of the world. I am currently not planning to convert my existing case designs to 2020 extrusion, because they are focused on a small size and a lot of brackets are already designed for 1515 profiles.

With that said, I am planning a design, that is set up for modularity and even more customizability instead of space efficiency, and it will be published for Multiple profile sizes, (1010, 1515, 2020)

If you want to build a case now you can also look at getting 1515 profiles from Aliexpress, as they do not have to be Makerbeam XL. The profiles just have to be 15x15mm work with M3 screws and the holes at the end have to be threaded for m3 screws (if they have m5 thread you can use thread reducers to get m3 threads).

@BeamCase_Des_1734300 any chance that the customizable design will be able to fit larger case fans? Being able to load 180 or 200mm fans into to bottom of beamcase would be amazing!

@porkloin_2411633 With the the customizable design I will probably work towards two inner frame widths of 150mm and 200mm. So with the larger version that would enable 200mm case fans. (edited)

@BeamCase_Des_1734300 amazing! Looking forward to that update, my dream case is a <30L atx case that can fit a noctua d15 and 200mm stack-effect oriented fans and that seems like it’ll fit the bill!
