H2 V2S Mount With Cooling for Tronxy X5SA

Complete extruder mount for attaching H2 V2S extruder to Tronxy X5SA. 

The base bracket attaches directly to the default gantry plate with clearance for screw heads and the x-axis endstop. It also has a side arm for holding a BL Touch. Nominal BL Touch offset is X:56.15; Y:0, but definitely double check your system.

The optional fan mount allows for mounting a 5015 blower to provide part cooling. It does not block access to the extruder manual gear.

I designed everything to leave clearance for MandicReally's 35mm to 40mm fan adapter upgrade as I found the included heat break fan to be insufficient. I highly recommend checking out their design:

Printing notes:

I printed everything out of PETG mainly for heat resistance. I found the best orientation for the fan mount to be the fan side down with grid supports on the build plate only. External features need supports but nothing in the airflow path does.

Installation notes:

I didn't record the exact hardware I ended up using but it is a mix of generic M3 & M4 screws. Any metric screw assortment will have everything you need.

The fan bracket attaches to the gantry plate using the 5x threaded holes (two of which are proud), washers recommended. The H2 V2S attaches to the bracket via the 4x M3 threaded holes on the top and bottom of the extruder. The fan mount attaches by sliding over the arms of the bracket, take out the top two M3 screws and use longer ones to go through both prices to the extruder.

I don't know if this will fit the X5SA Pro. Definitely feel free to try and comment on your results!
