6 objective microscope turret V1

I built this turret for my OMAX M82ES, but as long as you have a 160mm corrected RMS microscope I believe that this should work. 

you will need 

   2 - M3 x 6mm screw

   2 - M3 flat washers

   1 - M3 Nut

   1 - M3 x 12mm screw

   vaseline

Once your parts have printed out test fit your objectives to make sure they thread on correctly(they are a bit tricky to get installed right). Do test fits to make sure that everything fits right and then assemble. start by lubricating all points of contact. Then lubricate and stack the washers in the scurcular recess on the turret head. thread the 12mm screw through the washers and the turret base before adding a nut and tightening. use the last 2 6mm screws to secure the turret clicker to the turret head with the nib pressing on the turret base. then install it into the turret onto your microscope.

note: 

     You might have to cut down the turret nib. 

     The turret head is rather stiff and it might be hard to move it without turning the whole assembly.

     This is very much a first version part and I will work to improve the design in later renditions.
