Hello, does the tensioner work for 10mm belt? Also do you think your old version without the hole in the bed is good enough? I am planning to make that one since I don't have tools for modifying aluminum. Thanks (edited)

Hi, I know it's been a while. Could you please share the rail mounts for the custom Y plate? I realized that the currently posted mounts doesn't fit the three holes of the custom plate...

@CY95_278974 I found it in the STEP file! Ok... I have to think about how to proceed since I have took my printer down :(

Love that Y tensioner! I'm doing a little experiment that's pretty reliant on a solid end-mounted tensioner... I was just wondering how much lower the idler is sitting compared to the original part, or how big of a clearance is left between the belt and the 4040 if I skip the linear rail mod?

@Ketura It should be the same as a stock Ender 3 pro, I suggest measuring the distance in the STEP file I included :)

Hi, could you share more about the custom aluminum plate mount? To clarify: 1) does the heater bed remain the same? 2) Does the thickness of the plate matter (the step files suggest 3.175mm, but the closest I can get is 0.125'' which is 3.2mm)?

Thanks! I also wonder if you upgraded your x axis stepper?

@CY95_278974 yeah I upgraded my steppers, used a LDO 42STH48-2504AC for both the X and Y axis.
