UPDATE: I think this is the one!

Some time after creating version 2 I realized it was a bit fragile. It functioned fine but I seemed to break it about once a week or two.

I changed the belt loop, it is now closed. When I broke the holder it was always at the flex point of the open belt loop. The holder would catch on my chair at times and just bend the loop until it snapped. 

I printed this in PETG with .2mm layer height. I used 100% infill.

I printed this with the bottom on the plate and used supports.
