This fan bracket is made to add fans to your BeamCase (SFF). It comes in different sizes depending on the fan thickness and mounting position. The bracket is secured to the fan with standard fan screws and then it simply screwed to nuts located in the aluminum profiles.
This is a very simple fan bracket that is just screwed to nuts located in the Makerbeam XL profiles. It is very secure, but not as space efficient as the one-sided or slot-in fan bracket.
This fan bracket comes in different size for different fan thicknesses and mounting locations (each bracket has holes for 120mm and 140mm fans).
If you simply want to mount a fan from the inside you only need to use the 10mm bracket, as the aluminum profiled themselves are 15mm thick which combined with the 10mm bracket is enough for a 25mm fan.
(the images show a 25mm bracket, using this the the fan essentially sits above the profiles)
Required Hardware
Screws:
M3x8mm countersunk screws for the 17mm version (2pcs per bracket)

Nuts:
standard M3 nuts (2pcs per bracket)
Print Instructions:
Ideally print this model in a stronger and more temperature resistant filament like PETg or ABS. In order for the bracket to work perfectly it has to be printed accurately, so compensate for shrinkage. This print like all BeamCase parts does not require any supports.
I adjust for ABS shrinkage by scaling the model to 100.5% (Bambu Lab P1S and Sunlu ABS) , but it depends on the filament and printer and print speed.
