Raspberry Pi 5 + Pimoroni NVME Base Case

I recently received the NVME Base by Pimoroni for my Raspberry Pi 5. I noticed that there are only a few cases which accommodate it. I was sure that I could remix a nice case to change that. Here it is…

#HowTo Print

Place the halves of the case with their largest flat side facing towards the print-bed. The material is your choice. I simply used PLA. I used 0.15mm Layers but everything ≤0.2mm should work.

#HowTo Assemble

1. Install the NVME Base to your Pi by following Pimoroni's installation-instructions (https://youtu.be/odG7FbptgWQ).
2. Insert the assembly carefully into the bottom shell with the NVME-base facing down and the micro-SD-slot facing its designated opening.
3. Snap fit the top and you are done! 🎉

• adapted the bottom shell to house the NVME Base
• added more air vents to the top shell to accommodate that the PCIe-cable blocks some of them
• added some studs to the top shell, to prevent the pi from shifting

The remix is based on v3.1.1 of the original design.
