case fits the Pi5 very well, ventilation is adequate as well. The issue I ran into is the mini HDMI, it just won't reach. So no monitor signal. Printed a different case with very thin wall, HDMI issue went away. If I am using the Pi fully monitor less, I would give it a 5 star, but using as a retro game and must have a monitor plugged in, I have to take 2 stars away.
@Stamos Thanks for calling that out, I didn't even notice there are thin walls at the hdmi area, I thought thin wall meant overall thin walls. I'll reprint the thin wall version and update my star status.
@Stamos Reprinted the thin wall port version. Same issue. Looking closer, I realize, the case itself is an issue as it puts a pretty big gap between the port and the case wall. 1st Photo: See the gap between the case and port 2nd Photo: See how the plug is fully against the port wall 3rd Photo: No HDMI signal 4th Photo: Took the case off, everything is working.
@churkl_470863 Thank you for the feedback and the detailed photos. There is a gap to be able to fit the board inside. May be it could be smaller, but I do not have Pi5 to perfect the fitting. There are hdmi cables which are less bulky, but since you found a case that suites better, it's ok.

@churkl_470863 Did you print the version with thin wall ports? There is a version for that reason.
