Creality Ender 3 V3 SE dual 5015 blower minimal weight 2pcs

Ender 3 v3 se dual 5015 blower minimal weight 2pcs - base and fanduct hight is adjustable.

I wanted to make the lightest dual 5015 fan setup - ONLY 14 grams (no hardware - screws, fans and  inserts).

what you need:

4 - heated inserts for M3 screws 4.5 mm OD and 6mm hight (3-6mm hight would work fine).

4 - 18mm M3 screws.

3 - 6mm M3 screws.

2 - 5015 blower fans connected parallel to each other. (JST 1.25mm head)

print with no supports, base flat on its back and 15-20 brim lines for the fanduct both 20% line infill. connect the base to the extruder and the fanduct just snaps on the fans.

printed in PLA and had no problems up to 220deg C with no problems at all , maybe higher temp is possible too havent checked yet , for ease of mind would use ASA or PETG.

if you have too much cooling problems i limited the fan in the slicer to 67%.
