I needed a way to mount a QuinLED-Dig-Octa Power 7 and Brain board above a Mean Well LRS-350 PSU for a Christmas LED project.
I designed the frame to hold the PCBs above the PSU, away from the cooling fan, whilst allowing the Power 7 power connections to be close to the PSU output terminals.
It is built up from 4 parts, to make for simple printing without the need for supports, and reduce the amount of filament required for the print.
It requires some M3.5 bolts to mount the PCB to the frame, and hold all the frame pieces together. And M4 bolts to bolt the frame to the LRS-350.
The frame feet have M3.5 mount holes with 0.2mm additional clearance, to allow you to mount the frame into your enclosure.
