Great print and a fun game for the family.
I had issues with the legs though - my slicer kept merging the supports into the leg pieces which made them super messy to remove and clean up. I ended up breaking the legs into 'objects' so BBLS treated the supports as separate entities to the main pieces and that solved the issue.
The screenshot below shows layer 2 on the left the way the designer intended, and layer 2 on the right before I broke the part into objects.
I also had to use arachne walls to make the supports appear - classic walls deleted them as they were too thin.
Not a problem with the model - just posting in case anyone else has a similar issue

I printed the frame at 100% scale and it fit perfectly. Tiles in PETG to make them look like ice.
Edit: I made a case for this on MakerWorld (edited)

@DrKriegerAUS This was exactly what I was looking for since BBLS was giving me the support errors on slicing as well. Thanks!

Printed the frame in PETG and the tiles in PLA, nice tight fit, that pop out when you give give them a whack.

Prints perfectly, fun game. I would recommend to make penguin heavier with more infill or even better, filled with sand or something similar during printing as it has tendency to jump around a lot during hammering

I will try this today, btw there are 23 blue and 23 grey, total 46 tiles, I didn't see this specified anywhere so i thought i'll comment

came out pretty good! will test it on my child tomorrow (edited)

Hmm i thought i adjusted that issue from my prototype.

Maybe try 99% scaled and I'll upload my new file. That's for bringing this to my attention I've had several hundred downloads and your the first to mention it 😊

It seems that the hex tiles were too small and just slid out. I am trying to figure out the new dimensions.
