3D printable wearable rope bracelet (I don't have TPU but you should print this in TPU)
Model has no internal holes and was designed in fusion360. This simply means it will be easier to print as all dimensions have been calculated for 3D printing and there are no extraneous holes creating unnecessary tool head movements
I've designed built in support for this model if you're not interested in using your slicers support OR you want to have the rope be uniform all the way around without a flat spot (portion stuck to the build plate) Dealers choice on this one, obviously, things will look better with the support, but hey. It's designed in a way that it can be printed like a normal structure and should be easy to remove. You must be able to achieve a tolerance of .2mm gap or the support will adhere to the model.
There are 3 different bracelet options, Each option is for a different sized diameter rope. The options are 20mm, 15mm and 10mm. You can scale in your slicer further for more customization.
When printing you can get away with 0% infill and however many walls you want. Should print just fine. Will save you a couple of hours in print time.
All three options have a center diameter of 62mm, scale bigger in the X and Y if you need a bigger opening to slide your hand through. If printed in TPU this shouldn't be an issue.
This was a lot of fun to make, hope you all enjoy!
Calibration Tips:
If you need to Calibrate your Printer, My Go-To Calibration Cube is one designed by me that tests multiple areas in a fast quick print.
