Controller Wire Lock Block (Xbox One S)

Introducing the Wire Lock Block for Xbox One S controllers. A simple 3D printed battery pack and cover that prevents the USB cable from being accidentally disconnected mid-game.

Optionally the battery pack has a screw hole so that it can be tightly locked into the controller. This will require removing or breaking the sticker label within the battery compartment. A razor blade can be used to carefully remove the sticker without damaging it.

Once installed, simply press cable into the grooves and slip on the battery cover.

The Fusion360 archive files are included so anyone can customize the back plate or the battery pack.

This battery cover model was used with a simple modification of two additional holes to allow for a USB cable to route into and out of this uniquely created battery pack wire locking system.
