This is a remix of @chadfawcett_690675 original design.
Updated the dimensions for a snug fit. Increased the height to 5mm taller to clear the cable from rubbing on the PCB as well as the acrylic sheet from rubbing on the PCB connector. Using a 3mm (1/8") acrylic sheet, the whole setup (includes dishy, flat mount, acrylic sheet) will come to around 25mm (1") thick. This also eliminates the rectangular access hole on the acrylic sheet. The hole where the cable goes is designed for using the original cable that you extract from the pole. If using a different cable, be aware that it should be around 6.3mm or 1/4" (0.25") in diameter.
Parts were put together using gorilla super glue.
Designed for use with 1/8" o-ring material. https://a.co/d/9pIeBk6
I used an M2.5*12mm Button Head Hex socket cap bolt
Instructions:
Recommended to print with ASA for its heat and UV resistance. ABS would work too. PETG would depend on where you live.
Printed in 0.15 layer height so it can properly print all the small details and bolt threads. 0.2 might work.
Print the parts in multiples of what's stated below.
2x - 5cornerA
2x - 5cornerB
2x - 5Lmount
2x - 5Lstraight
1x - 5cablemount
1x - 5mount
6x - 5straight
1x - 5stub
Enjoy!!
Disclaimer: This project was to snug-fit my rectangular dishy to the mount. I don't know if there are some variations in the dimensions of every dishy so just be aware of the fact that its possible it might not fit yours.
