Recommend printing in ASA for heat and UV protection.
Super glued most of the bezel pieces on and filled the gaps between the pieces with super glue as well. I used Sikaflex on the piece that has the cable coming through it. This is both an adhesive as well as a sealant. I'm sure super glue and silicone would work too.

I used the putty knife that came with one of my printers to pry the back of the dish off. Inserting the blade in between the grey top and white back at the seam and slowly work the blade around the perimeter.
I had the back panel laser cut out of acrylic from send cut send. DXF included in files.
Step files included for easier remixing.
