Hi Tom, measured the PCB with a digital micrometer of dubious origins. I have used it in models and noticed extra tolerance required around the connector. I will have another look at this today.
@tom_1201547 Please find the updated version now uploaded which also has a slight modification to the USB-C port height as well as your other suggested changes (connector offset to board and overall board thickness). I will need to also update my other XIAO models later but wanted to fix this for you directly. (edited)
@FyrbyAdditive I should also add I couldn't really measure a noticeable difference in the plated areas so i changed the whole board to 1.3, - the size difference between the plated areas and board won't make a difference practically I think but the extra 0.1mm will. (edited)
@tom_1201547 No problem. I now took the time to measure a few different ESP32C3 boards as I have bags of them. The smallest height board I have is 1.17mm and the thickest is about 1.27mm which is quite a difference and probably how the initial one came about. I have compared to the other XIAO board types too and it is the same, so the others will be updated this afternoon.
The thickness of the PCB is wrong. The PCB is 1.2mm thick itself, and 1.3mm thick around the plated areas.
Also, when I measure my board maximum thickness (over the connector) I make it 4.5mm, not 3.9.
I know the dimensions differ from those on the official documentation, but perhaps they have changed the design since launch? (edited)

@FyrbyAdditive thanks for the quick response - I appreciate it.
