After lots of requests here is the ELS style fork and receiver. I personally would not trust this to hold my gear on my race belt but a lot of people seem to think it shouldnt be a problem. So here you go… Good Luck!!

I again would like to say that i would NOT hang my gear from my belt on these. I think FDM printing makes them weak and no where near as strong and durable as the originals. I highly recommend buying the real things!
The fork should be printed laying down flat on its back, you will have support material to remove from the counterbores for the screws but it does slide right in to a real ELS receiver. I printed mine in PETG with 0.5 nozzle / 0.24 layer height and it honestly fits better than i could have ever expected.
I think you will get the best result when printing the receiver on a 45 degree angle as i have shown in the picture. This keeps the layer lines lateral to impacts your gear will take most often, bouncing when running. I printed one with a heavy wall count so that there is not infill at all. Its a bit bigger than an ELS, i figured adding more material was the best way to combat the weight vs layer adhesion issue.
