MK4 Cable Guide with NozzleCam

Replaces x-carriage-cable-holder-R2.stl for the MK4 with a fixed mount for a USB NozzleCam. This specifically was made for this borescope camera but can be adjusted for others with a different diameter.

Assembly:

Follow the MK4 assembly instructions for the Z-axis assembly. Replace the part listed in step 19 with this part. Once assembly is completed mount the borescope in the new hole and secure the cable to the existing main cable wrap with wire ties.

CAUTION: Make SURE you know the orientation of the borescope as it has no markings indicating top/bottom. If you do not insert it with up being up your video will be weird. Getting the borescope out is challenging so get it right the first time.
