This model give lets you put camera accessories like flashes or microphones directly on an arca swiss tripod. This interface is commonly called a hot shoe, though in this case it's a cold shoe as there are no electrical contacts.
To print, rotate the model so that the cold shoe slot opens towards the top - otherwise, you will need supports to hold up the cold shoe shelf, which will be difficult to remove completely.
In the attached picture, I tried a angled rotation to try to avoid some overhangs at the base of the model, but it was a case of sixes. the top of the model became very stair-stepped. I see no reason to print at an angle unless you have a nozzle that is too large to resolve the shelf when printed upright.
This is a remix, I added a negative volume to cut off some interfering plastic on another model.
