Hello! I bought this fan to help keep me cool at work. (I work at UPS, loading trailers)
It honestly helps a ton, and I've had to replace the j-hook many times over the couple of years I've been using it. Realized that I've never posted it, so here it is!

Pictured 3rd is a 40oz bottle filled with water, showing that the hook is strong enough to hold the fan, plus a little weight on top of that. (It's actually where I store my water bottle while I'm working, so I don't accidentally lose it)

Installation help:
Make sure to use a dull object to push out the old pin. Such as a hex-headed screwdriver bit, or allen key. One end of the pin will have knurling. Push that end out first, and the rest should just fall out.

Print instructions:
Use a filament that can withstand some flex / tension. This purple hook I made was with Inland PETG, and I found that it breaks easier than Inland's PLA Plus.
I would say more walls will be better than more infill. I forgot that my previous prints had 6 walls, while these purple ones I had printed with only 2. (So.. that may have skewed the strength results I found between their PETG and PLA+… But their PLA+ does seem more flexible than their PETG. I've yet to try their PETG+ though.)
