Runcam Split HD cover / SD holder

The Runcam Split HD comes with a little plastic piece that prevents the microSD card from popping out in a crash. This wasn't included when my dad got a used one, so I designed this. In addition, this also spaces out whatever is mounted on the PCB side so no need to use M2 nuts when mounting this with a Air Unit Lite.
