This motherboard mount is fully ATX, Micro ATX and Mini ATC compliant with built-in standoffs. I have also included multiple M4 holes positioned for the HSW M4 connector.
I have cut the tray into 3 parts, suitable for print beds of 235mm. Use the parts you need and connect them with m4 bolts.
For the standoffs, I would recommend using M4 heat inserts. there is plenty of space in the standoff to allow for various lengths of typical motherboard mounting screws.
I printed this in AnkerMake PLA+ (along with my HSW) which is plenty strong and heat-resistant enough. Every motherboard is different, please use an amount of HSW connectors and standoffs that you feel are suitable for your board. (I used them all for added strength)
NOTE: I built this to hold a motherboard I'm running headless Linux on (no GPU) so I haven't yet built a mount for PCI-E cards, however, during OS installation I had an old GPU installed and had no problems with it.
