I couldn't find any cases for this screen type from Amazon on any of the sites, so I made one. There is one cutout in the side of the front face to access the rocker for brightness and volume. Be careful installing the screen here, it is a tight fit, push the button in if necessary to clear. I did not use the power or touch ports on the right side for this design, but you could easily add them.

The back stand was designed to be a modular backpanel that you can add whatever you need. As such I haven't included my actual stand file with cutouts as seen in the pics (I'll add if requested), because this could be different for everybody. My back panel consists of power in, power switch, ADXL(wired to GPIO as RJ45 to make it easily removable), 3 USB extensions from the RPI, and a UART connection in the form of a 3 pin JST-XH. All friction fit and held in with a generous amount of hot glue.

I just used the leg mounting screws (with spacers, I think those screws are M2.5 or smaller and I didn't have any) that came with the display and some print scraps as a brace to hold in the bottom of the screen. The top is a pressure fit between the lugs and the corners. Front and back face are snap fit to each other, but I do feel like it's maybe loosening up after a couple months, but I've been in and out of the case alot.
