separation of hotend and nozzle coolin
I wanted to have an easy accessible Extruder for nozzle change. And an easy changeable Nozzle duct.
And i did not like to buy new parts - so you do not need anything else then you already have on your printer.
If you want go improve the screws you can go for thread inserts. Which i melt into the part with my soldering iron. In the beginning I just did the holes 2.5mm without inserts - works fine as well.
But it works fine as well if you just screw the original screws into the 3D printed parts.
A big advantage is that the flow of the hotend cooling is going straight to the hotend and is not affecting the nozzle cooling. The print results are improved!
The Duct and the hotend cooling are CFD flow optimized.

You can use the original fans and screws - no need to buy new parts.
To make it perfect use M3 inserts otherwise use the stl files with "screws" in the filename.
