This design allows you to tailor the case around the PCB instead of the other way around. easy to use and the separate front and back panel allows for changing controls without a complete case redesign. The main dimensions are those of the PCB and components. When set, the shells and front/back panels have the proper dimensions. The top and bottom shells currently have the same height. The bottom shell has holes for counter-sunk screws, M3 and the top shell has ~2.5mm holes to be thread-cut to M3.
The Ukrainian flag theme is somewhat accidental, when planned, I would have put the screws on the yellow half.
The M3 screws (20-25mm) expect threads on the other side. Cutting it is best, but with some force you can self-thread it.
Printed with PLA, 0.2mm layer height, 0.4mm nozzle on a Prusa MK 3S+. All colours are Real Filament. PETG is more resistant against pressure and heat.
The sides have concave/convex ridges to improve rigidity.
The design is relies on two almost-library files for the camfer-type-box and the screws.
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
