As thought up and tested by user Omega TI, big thanks!
Does it cut paper straight out of the printer? No. it can be sharpened with a bit of sandpaper though.
Designed to print with 0 top/bottom layers and 10 walls/perimeters and to use infill to form the handle. Honeycomb works best but you can use triangles or cubic as well. Prints at 0.12mm layer height to make the edge, after 4-5 layers you could probably do variable layer height to speed up print times but I haven't played with that.
Comes in 3 different thicknesses: 3, 5 and 8mm which will give you More rigidity the higher you go.
3mm version can cut cheeses and apples but is quite flexible.
5mm version is the same design as 3mm but thicker to make it function the same as the 3mm version but feel a bit more sturdy and strong.
8mm version is even sturdier and has a sligthly different design - more material making up the backbone and blade to reduce flex as much as possible.
