Hi vintagepc, thanks for the design! Could you explain how does works? Did you install five brushes permanently, so they clean the Bondtech gears while moving plastic? Or you reinsert them each time you need to clean the gears?

I've just left them in the whole time so they are always cleaning and had no issues. The teeth have been squeaky clean the whole time!
I think it's better that way because it keeps them clean, it gets much harder to remove once a bunch of filament dust has been compacted into them. (edited)
