Updated on sept. 23th 2024;

Added a 10mm wider base and roller (92mm).

This is a dual spool roller based on previous ideas of many single rollers.
This one uses rollers with a dual edges on one side to keep the spool from
moving around.

The thing with good single rollers is that there have so less friction, that
sometimes your spool can produce really loose loops that could lead to a
jam (happened once).

So a double roller gives a tiny resistance to prevent this, but when the
spool is near the end and gets really light, it tends to fall of the table (also
happened a couple of times).

In the other hand, the spool stand without bearings gives more friction
when the spool is full (heavy), but keeps the light spools from falling off.
So for me the best of the 2 world is to have them both, and going with
logic when to use one or the other.

If it's a really long print that will lead to the end of the spool, and I'm not
there to check, I'll take the one with NO bearings. 😊

So I combined a board with my double roller rack and the nice "Bambu Lab
spool holder rescue" (https://www.printables.com/fr/model/271402-bambulab-spool-holder-rescue) that uses the standard BBL Spool Holder. I made
some little improvements to his design (filet at the bottom of the feet, a bit
wider top part where the bolts are, and 2 holes in the feet to be able to
keep it from moving on my board).

I  finally made it a bit thicker. but did not print it since I use the V1 (lighter), anyway, I use it with mostly empty spools, but if it's your only one it could make a difference, (it's stronger).

Here it is: https://www.printables.com/fr/model/431755-spool-holder-remix

Happy printing.
