Since I did not want my spool at the back. This is a PTFE guide for the
Bambu Lab P1P that uses the same mounting holes of the original one.
The horizontal arm receives the other part at the angle you want, since it's
a simple gear interlocking secured by a cap and a hand screw. The PTFE
receiver is also adjustable.
You have to glue the gear to the main back arm. I also made a shim
seperately so there is no support for that part and if needed, could easily
be made thicker.
Just add some PTFE tubing and use the original joiner with only 1 of the 2
screws provided to be able to have the good angle. Take measurements of
your original setup to have the same length of PTFE for the inside part of
the printer. The original PTFE tube is 52 cm long.
If, like me, you use the original BBL "Cable Chain", which is cheap,
complete (AP Board Cover, Cable Chain, PTFE Rubber Grommet, Cable
Bracket, PTFE Pneumatic Connector & Collect Clip), this is everything you
need to make it like a X1, the length needed is more 57 cm (± 1 cm), and
the original 52 cm will not be long enough. Also, for the section that goes
to the guide you need an extra 27 to 30 cm of tubing depending on the
angle you place the arm and the curve you want. BBL sells a 4-meter long
PTFE tube to suits all your future needs.
