Thermo Scientific Vanquish Autosampler Tray/freezer boxes

Autosampler trays for Vanquish autosamplers based on Thermo's specifications. All trays that they provide are included here however a parametric fusion360 file is included if you want to make modifications. I have included the datamatrix barcodes as images and in PDF form if you want to add these to your trays so the autosampler can identify them. I only have the barcode for the 54 sample tray, DO NOT USE THIS FOR ANY OTHER TRAYS. If you have other barcodes please let me know.

The trays come with a freezer lit so they can be stored easily and you don't need to mix samples from different samples or users within trays so inventory is much easier.

I printed these in PLA+ but other filaments will probably work although regular PLA may become brittle in the freezer. I printed the 54 sample tray with a 0.6 mm nozzle, 0.3 mm layer height, 3 top and bottom layers, two perimeters, and no infill. You will need to use infill for the 9 and 16 sample trays as I doubt you will be able to bridge that far. Ironing can be enabled for a nice top layer. Total filament use is around 200g.
