Complete Orbiter V2 extruder 3D model

The mockup available only has the external shell and lacks any of the gearbox elements that would allow interesting repacks to be designed like what has been done for Sherpa mini and HGX extruders. I completed the CAD based on measurements I took and the 3D explorer model in the fusion web viewer. It is as accurate as possible and I've confirmed that gear meshing is good using motion study in fusion. Joints and motion links are included in the F3D file, the plain step is just geometry.
